Reversing a journal entry
- Open Journal Entry from the Banking menu.
- You might reverse a journal entry to correct a mistake without deleting the original entry.
- For reversing a journal entry, you may want to create a new entry with the following,
- Reverse the Debit and Credit amounts from the original transaction.
- Other information such as, Account, Desc, and Name is same as the original transaction.
